Eulogy.

In my english class we read a book "Night"written by a Holocaust survivor. His name is Elie Wiesel. The novel tells the story of him and his father ,Shlomo Wiesel and their horrible experience during the Holocaust. At the beginning Elie and his father get separated from the women in in their family. They didn't see each other after that. But him and his father were lucky and were able to stay with each other through most of the Holocaust.
At the end of the book Elie and his father get separated by life and death. Elie father ends up dieing because he was no longer healthy or strong enough to to live another day at a consternation camp just like most others involved in the Holocaust.

As 8th graders our assignment was to write a eulogy for Mr.Shlomo Wiesel.

My father Shlomo Wiesel was a great man.We were brought closer by the even of the Holocaust. We grow a stronger relationship but a grew weaker for survival. We had plan to make it out together and alive. He is in a better place now. But at the time hell even seemed like a better place. He was my father, and that is something the natzis will never would have been able to take away from me emotionally. He is in my heat all day every day. The day he died I knew tears would not bring him back. It would just had weaken me. He had died praying that I would make it out alive. And guess what here I am daddy! I loved him with all my heart. No, I love him to death. At times when we just wanted to give up he was their to keep pushing us forward. At time when I just felt like die he was there lifting me.The only thing I regret is that I wasn't strong enough to be there for him as he was for me.Our memories will forever be with me.
Shlomo Wiesel; my hero, my role model, and most importantly, my Father.

The Zoo a Good or Bad place?

The zoo, a fun a Exciting place to be for humans to spend the day. But what about for the animals actually caged in a fenced area.
You imagine being locked in a room with no way out, being feed through a hole. Yea, not so enjoyable or comfortable huh?
If you wouldn't like being stuck in a closed area what makes you think animals would want to be.? Yes some animals are fierce and dangerous.
But noooo!.Humans are the most perfect things.
We know how to control ourselves and are the most peaceful things ever. NO!! Don't think you think humans are just as fierce and dangerous? Humans have killed just like animals! We have killed from bugs to humans! That's why so many humans are in jail or prison for murdering someone, right?.
We aren't perfect!!
Animals Should have the right to walk around in the own environment freely just like humans. Also animals Should also face the same punishments as humans. When a human kills we get send to jail for life, and so should animals. If the were to ever kill or hurt others that is when they should be caged up. They should be giving the chance for life just like humans get that chance.Animal and humans are the same thing.
We don't want to be locked up in cages and neither do animals. To all the zoos out there "Let them Free!"
Should animals be treated like crap in zoos? Should we change the expression"Treated like a dog"? You decided.Just remember treat others the way you want to be treated. That "others" includes everyone and everything.

Cheerleaders gone to far!!!!!

Hanging with other cheerleaders is cool but putting their lives at risk is way out of line i mean like that is crossing the line of a distance. OK so here how the story goes....
It was only a tradition — a friendly pre-dawn breakfast hosted by the varsity cheerleaders at Katy's Morton Ranch High School for the girls of the junior varsity squad. But this year, a grand jury indictment handed up on Wednesday alleges, something went horribly wrong.
Rather then being driven to a restaurant they took the JV cheerleaders to a privet home where were pushed in to a pool bound and blindfold. Seven members of the varsity squad, aged 17 and 18, were charged as adults with hazing, a Class B misdemeanor that could bring a maximum six-month jail sentence and a $2,000 fine upon conviction.
Now i think that was very out of line again. It was just a stupid thing to do.I mean like cheer tradition shouldn't be changed. Its still out of line nothing would make me change my mine.I know it must me hard for the JV team to ever trust varsity squad ever again,Because that destroys the bound and trust you had with them.So this is just my opinion if u agree or disagree comment this post.
